"I initially came to Benson Chiropractic after hearing Dr. Benson do a short lecture at a health fair at my job about the importance of maintaining your spine and exercise. In the lecture, he discussed how important it is to have flexibility in your spine. While he was lecturing I started checking off several different things such as since the birth of my 2nd child  I was experiencing a lack of flexibility in my spine, pain in my right shoulder, neck and hip. Upon examination of my x-rays I got to see how much my back was out of alignment.
